Sonia blinks, looking thoughtful at that. "I don't know how the device would work," she says slowly, brow knit. "I mean...I'm not an astrophysicist or anything. But if there's a way to open wormholes to other worlds, then...then there ought to be some way to hold them open, at least for a little while."
