She can pick up on it, and if Kaidan's sharp, he can probably see the same on her, even if she's clearly less comfortable with it, hasn't settled into the routine, hasn't accepted all of this as normal just yet. There's some part of her that while not defiant, is still trying to work out the lines and hasn't quite comfortably worked the kinks out just yet. She notes the glint of silver, the way he carries himself. Natasha, if anything, is almost the opposite: headstrong, determined, with a fierceness that hints she might try and punch her way through a steel wall if it came down to it.

Normally, she's more metered, calmer, patient, but she feels out of her element and it flares some of her worse traits. But she manages a thin sort of smile as she takes his hand, shaking it, maybe just a little harder than necessary. "Natasha Romanoff. I'll keep that in mind. For the moment I'm just trying to- adjust."

For the moment she's theorizing it's something to do with the gravity, or something having to do with whatever planet she's on. Differences from earth, so her body behaves differently. It's not like she has had prior extensive off-world adventures to test that theory.
