It's something to consider. He's upset and conflicted about a lot of things, to say the least. For one thing finding out he's dead has made him want to feel alive, and he doesn't want to use Ratchet like that. Then there's North, knowing he'll never see his best friend again and not wanting to waste time or chances. And Carolina... who's here but might well hate him, for all he knows. Does he just want to be close to someone, anyone, who doesn't, before facing that? It's all ridiculously complicated and York sighs, looks up at Ratchet with his two good eyes and wonders. Does he just want a distraction?
