[ The sudden pull does throw him off balance but he rushes forward to compensate, to reclaim the momentum as his own. He's straightening back up just as she leaps and twists and winds up with her knees hooked on his shoulders, the rest of her weight hanging down in front of him. He rallies and stands up, reaching to tug her to his chest so she doesn't fall... when you're used to several hundred pounds of armor on you, a petite woman really isn't that much of a strain.
