There are so many things going on in the words she hears, but getting out without getting caught is the most important one. Although she does want to sit down and talk with Deanna, they can't do it here and they can't do it now.

So instead she waits until she thinks they have their best timed opening, and then she waves Deanna along after her. Quiet as she moves back into the hall, checking the corridors, and she'll guide them out the best route they can find, and then back across the snow.

She wont speak until they're back, though one there will be a tilt of her head, an incline inviting her to join Natasha so they can speak more.
