It is, by all accounts, an entirely reasonable reaction to a handful of people from various origins mysteriously appearing out of nowhere. Why would you let such people among the general populace before first ensure that they are safe and pose no risks, health-wise or otherwise?

Satya is therefore very cooperative with their efforts, no matter how thorough or strange the examinations seem to be. The facilities are pristine, everything in order, everything in its place, and it does wonders for her sense of faith in those who scooped them out of the wilderness and cold.
