It's a worthy question, one that deserves a similarly strident answer. One that, all told, Daryl would be completely unwilling to give him under normal circumstances. Daryl isn't the trusting sort. But weighing the pros and cons without the incredible stain of misery, paranoia, and that all-encompasing feeling of loss makes it far more simple than it would have been days ago.

"I got people on this side," he says. Okay, it's not the whole truth, but no way in hell is Daryl leaking the fast-penta incident in a hurry. Or, you know. Ever. "Cetagandans ain't got much use for traps, anyhow."
