Miles' skin crawls with revulsion. Why had he thought this was a good idea, again? He'd thought maybe he'd be able to talk the man into giving up information peacefully. Clearly he didn't want to say a damn thing to a mutant. If he were openly Vor, would that have helped? No ... unlikely at best.

He waits, watching the man be waterboarded with grim detachment. Physically he can do nothing. He's too small, not in the slightest bit intimidating. If he thought standing up to Piotr would do anything productive he might try that ... But he knows the outcome of this war. He knows Piotr only managed it by being as fucking vicious as possible.

"A mutie who fares better than you," he murmurs after a moment. A thought occurs to him; he takes a step closer. "I'm contagious, you know. An old illness. Get too close and you'll start wasting away yourself." Another step close, just out of the traitor's reach.
