He rattles off the name and the address. And then pauses. Alas, he can't take credit for having found the info, and he is not about to hide his source. A matter of principle and practicality both. "Byerly passed the information on to us," he says simply. "Our own efforts were less successful." And if he loses points for that, fine, but it's too important that Byerly get credit for his plan working. "That means that Cetaganda will have the information too. I've asked him to delay them as best he can, but ..."

He hardly needs to finish that sentence, surely. They're on a time limit here. A race to beat Cetaganda to the punch.
