The hug makes her tense up for a moment before relaxing into it. Sad as it may sound she honestly can't remember the last time anyone hugged her. It feels good, though, and she ends up wrapping her arms around him before she can talk herself out of it.

"Feels like my fault." She's been living with her guilt for a long time now, letting it go will take time. "I was supposed to watch out for everyone."
