Sonia's smile goes sunnier in response, and she half-shrugs. "Nothing's easy here. It's been a little rougher since -- well, there's a hill village nearby that's helping with supplies, anyway. Besides, we couldn't just leave you out in the cold, could we?"

She tilts her head at him slightly and pats a small bag slung over her shoulder. "Here, I can help you put those away if you like -- I brought tea, too. I thought maybe you and the others might want something a little warmer."
