Maybe later. I just sat down, y'know. And, now that you mention it, it is hot.

[ He makes a gesture of defeat, and then considers the rest of it. Despite having no real reason to be loyal to Barrayar, he'd never thought about switching sides. Which was as good a definition of patriotism as any: clinging blindly to wherever you happened to begin. He hadn't seen much of Cetaganda, and what he had seen so far had utterly bewildered him. But he rather doubted the lot of outsiders was so much better there, especially since quite a few had deserted, from what he'd picked up on. But Byerly wasn't an outsider— he still called the Cetagandans "they", rather than "we". ]

Do you think the Cetagandans are going to win?
