"Hey, I don't snoop. I just take walks at night because I can't sleep." It's not her fault if she over hears things when she takes her walks in places that she absolutely hasn't decided are most likely to have juicy information.

It's absolutely snooping, but it is because she's bad at the whole sleeping thing. When she does manage it though, she's out like a light.
