York grins back, nodding. It's not like any of them have been given much to go on, despite asking questions. He's overheard the conversations other people have had with their guards. Nada. They're serious about zipped lips around here.
"I really don't know. The only time I got in to visit my friend, he woke up screaming and they hustled me right back out. Right now I just feel... empty." He shifts on the bunk, uncomfortable thinking about where this could lead. "The implant crosses through practically every part of my brain, though, anything could happen." He trails a finger from the implant base through to his temple to show how long it is. "I'm wired up like a Christmas tree and have been getting constant stimulation for years. Hard to know what happens when that just stops, because that's never happened before. Wash had his less than a day."
And then he realizes something, grinning again. "Sorry we're just talking about me. I didn't even ask your name."
