Either's possible, and they both lead to the same conclusion. It's something Daryl knows well about anyone who's a little too clean, a little too well-fed. She wants something from him, and it's more important to her than a stranger's health and welfare.

Whatever the truth is, he needs to know how far this lady'll go to get it.
